What is I-O or Work Psychology?
Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the scientific study of working and the application of that science to workplace issues facing individuals, teams, and organizations. The scientific method is applied to investigate issues of critical relevance to individuals, businesses, and society (SIOP.ORG).
I help employees with their mental processes to enhance their performances at work and to live-out a more pleasant and fulfilling life at home. For instance, there are numerous ways of assisting leaders and employees with their mental performances to understand better, everyday organizational demands. My role is to assist in these contexts.
My services customization, are based on the current needs of leaders and employees in any given organization. First, I focus on areas of current mental well-being and self-care in the workplace, how these assist or obstruct, and offer guidance and models to benefit employee performance and organization growth.
My I-O Psychology Mission Statement:

What I Do!
Grounded in experimental psychology, my work in this field has a number of different sub-areas such as human-computer interaction, human resources psychology, and factors that include human need. In addition to my prosocial Industrial Organizational (I-O) Psychology initiatives, one of my primary focus is on humanitarian work psychology (HWP), which involves these principal concentrations. Furthermore, I provide common services for the new or established business or to the individual seeking a boost toward his or her professional achievements.
This model’s unit cultivates, endorses, and maintains the work of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), HWP, and those who represent this subset of industrial organizational (I-O) psychology, by providing inquiry results, practical projects and consultancies, and training programs. I acknowledge and provide information on organizations currently engaged in this work, and help in the advancement, implementation, and compliance of best practices within the field of HR, SIOP, and HWP.
Finally, I promote and am heavily engaged in activities to support other I-O psychologists in this field. These efforts include assuming active roles in the reduction of poverty in specific enclaves, promote equity, building communities, and promoting positive work environments through vital partnerships in the United States and abroad.
