As I write this to you, there are much to be concerned about at this moment in time. For this reason, I’ve decided to offer up a prayer in the Bible of significant meaning. I use this as a general context for this blog, which I will apply throughout the end of this year. As church leaders the importance of bringing people to Christ is needed now more than ever. And, today I encourage you to focus on the Apostle Paul’s prayer for prosperity. Leaders of nonprofits, your work is done to help others, and presidents and chief executive officers, you serve our general society. I now say to you both, no matter your spiritual walk, I am most certain that Paul’s message can offer you some comfort.
Prayer for a Prosperous Journey
“First of all, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed throughout the whole world. For God, whom I serve in my spirit in the gospel of his Son, is my witness that I continuously remember you, and I always ask in my prayers, if perhaps now at last I may have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto to you.”
Leaders continue to ask for the right path you should take and prepare for this journey well. Although the season we are all in, is challenging, we know that with God all things are possible. God wants us to have prosperous journeys in everything we do. This is only possible when we are in direct and constant communion with Him.
In grace & in gratitude,
Rev. M. Charlotte Olive
