The purpose of this service is to quiet the mind to allow God to work with you during times in your life that seem most stressful. We count your breaths while you envision what a positive end results will be. In focus, it will be the attempt of this session, to slowly release the issues causing stress and anxiety.

30 minutes of breathing techniques
10 minutes of reflection and note taking.
